Theodoros was appointed to the BoD of PANA Holdings on January 6, 2016, as a Non-Executive Director. He is responsible for Corporate Compliance and Business Strategy for the entire Group of Companies.

Additionally, Theodoros avails of over 20 years of experience in M&A Transactions, Business Re-organizations, Transfer Pricing and BEPS.
